The Weinstein Co.'s board voted to fire its president, David Glasser.
Glasser has been accused by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman of knowing about the allegations of sexual misconduct by Harvey Weinstein and doing nothing.
Schneiderman has filed suit against Weinstein Co. and opposed a $500 million buyout proposal that would not guarantee the ouster of top executives.
