Ozark R-6 School District Board of Education Secretary Lisa Neiman swears in Shane Nelson as the newest member. Nelson, owner of Ozark Abstract and Title Co. and former mayor of the city, succeeds Angie Barnes. He beat out three other finalists to fill the term through April 2017.
