Guaranty Bank executive officers and board members join developer Green Circle Projects on Oct. 20 for a groundbreaking at Farmers Park. The bank signed a lease in July with owner Matt O’Reilly and partners for 26,000 square feet on three of four floors of the planned 55,000-square-foot building. It will be Guaranty Bank’s 10th full-service branch.
