Harmony House stakeholders break ground July 7 on an $8.6 million, 46-unit affordable housing development for domestic violence survivors. The Vecino Group LLC is serving as developer for the project dubbed Talia Apartments on 1.8 acres near Grand Street and Scenic Avenue donated by Central Bank of the Ozarks. Missouri Treasurer Clint Zweifel, second from right, is a board member on the Missouri Housing Development Commission, which issued the nonprofit low-income housing tax credits. The next-longest tenured staffer was Senior Vice President of Risk Management Rick Todd, honored for 50 years with the company.
