DEVELOPMENT FORWARD
Springfield Business Journal Editorial Director Eric Olson, right, interviews Prosperiti Partners LLC President Titus Williams about his development projects, including a 220-acre industrial park in Strafford. Williams says one of the park’s 18 lots has sold, but he wasn’t at liberty to disclose the buyer. He also plans to begin redeveloping the old Missouri Hotel on Commercial Street in first quarter 2020. The plan has grown to a $50 million, mixed-use project, but it was delayed for years without getting tax credits secured. “Anytime you have those tax credits, ... it’s done by a governmental body. You’re at their mercy,” Williams said.
The first southwest Missouri location of EarthWise Pet, a national chain of pet supply stores, opened; Grey Oak Investments LLC relocated; and Hot Bowl by Everyday Thai LLC got its start.
