Jordan Valley Community Health Center President and CEO Brooks Miller, left, talks about funding challenges during Springfield Business Journal’s 12 People You Need to Know live interview with Editor Eric Olson on Nov. 19. As a federally qualified health center, Miller said Jordan Valley gets about 10% of its $50 million annual budget from the government. The clinic’s federal funding is secured for another month through a Congress-approved short-term initiative known as a continuing resolution. “I think we’ll go through CRs all the way through the election of 2020,” he said.
