Project description: WaterWalk at the Ridge by Wyndham will be a four-story extended-stay hotel designed as a corporate lodging facility. The hotel will provide 80,600 square feet of space with 126 guest rooms in a mix of studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The facility will combine the services of a hotel with the space and features of an apartment, project officials say. Guests will choose between fully furnished suites for short to midterm stays and unfurnished units for long-term residential stays. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, grill and firepit gathering area, and recreational courts.
