Watergate mastermind dies at 90

G. Gordon Liddy, a mastermind of the Watergate scandal, died Tuesday. He was 90.

The former FBI agent and Army veteran was convicted of conspiracy, burglary and illegal wiretapping for his role in the Watergate burglary. He spent more than four years in prison.

He went on to become a popular and controversial radio talk show host. He also worked as a security consultant, writer and actor.
