Washington University receives $14.6M grant for research

The Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis received a $14.6 million federal grant.

The funding is earmarked to research racial differences in Alzheimer’s disease.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports Black people are twice as likely to have Alzheimer’s than white people.
