Washington University law professor named to FINRA board

Washington University law professor Hillary Sale was appointed to the board of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

An expert in securities and corporate governance at the St. Louis school, Sale will help regulate all securities firms doing business in the United States through her FINRA board work.

She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Boston University in 1983 and a law degree at Harvard in 1993.
