The Washington Post is considering a sale or spinoff of its technology business known as Arc XP, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
The company has worked to turn the in-house publishing tool into a broader software business. Some clients include the NBA's Golden State Warriors and energy company BP PLC.
Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos reportedly gave his blessing to explore options.
