Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Massachusetts, plans to introduce a bill that would eliminate student loan debt for millions of Americans.
Warren’s office yesterday said the bill would cancel up to $50,000 in student loan debt for 42 million Americans. Those who make more than $250,000 in income would not have their debts reduced.
The bill mirrors a campaign promise by the presidential candidate.
