Warren & Goodin Architects-Engineers PC

Warren & Goodin Architects-Engineers PC is the engineer and the architect for Knights of Columbus Compass Club’s Bingo Emporium at 2345 W. Catalpa. Completed in June 2004, the 15,000-square-foot structure had a cost of $1.15 million. Friga Construction Co. was the general contractor. The structure features a 250-seat nonsmoking area and a 350-seat smoking area, each with its own HVAC system. Also included in the project is parking for 215, a full-service kitchen, concessions, offices and multistall restrooms.
