Warren Buffett drops Dish, buys into Liberty Global

The Oracle from Omaha must see more stock price growth in John Malone's European cable TV company than in Charlie Ergen's domestic satellite TV business.

Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway cashed out its investment in Dish Network Corp., and purchased shares in Libert Global PLC, the European cable giant, according to the Denver Business Journal.

Afiling shows that Berkshire Hathaway sold all 547,312 of the Dish Network shares in the final quarter of the year.
