Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway announced it has agreed to buy Precision Castparts for $37.2 billion - the most it has ever paid for a company.
With customers such as General Electric, Boeing and Airbus, Precision Castparts produces parts for aircraft makers, power companies and industrial clients, according to CNNMoney.
Berkshire Hathaway already held a 3 percent stake in the company, worth roughly $880 million.
