Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders gave the green light to the company's deal with Paramount.
The deal valued at $110 billion is expected to close later this year.
"Today's stockholder approval is another key milestone toward completing this historic transaction that will deliver exceptional value to our stockholders," Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav said in a statement.
