Walnut Alley Apartments

Lacey Brothers Construction is the general contractor for Miller Commerce Inc.’s Walnut Alley Apartments. There are two, two-story buildings with a total of 14 units comprising 25,000 square feet. H Design Group LLC is the architect. Engineers are HBH Engineers LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Land Development Strategies Inc., civil. According to building permits filed with the city of Springfield, the estimated construction cost is $1.7 million. Completion is slated for August.
