Walmart reported profits and revenue that topped analysts' expectations for the company's fiscal third quarter.
Adjusted earnings per share came to 62 cents, two cents above expectations. Revenue of $179.5 billion topped analysts' projections of $177.4 billion.
The company now expects full-year net sales to rise by 4.8% to 5.1%, up from a previous expected range of 3.75% to 4.75%.
