Walmart plans to test fully autonomous box trucks next year in Arkansas.
In a partnership with the startup Gatik, driverless trucks are slated to operate on a route between a fulfillment center and a nearby Neighborhood Market in Bentonville, Arkansas.
The vehicles have racked up 70,000 miles in autonomous mode with a safety driver during testing.
