Walmart is halting job offers for H-1B visa candidates in response to a $100,000 fee imposed by the Trump administration.
A Walmart spokesperson said the company is "committed to hiring and investing in the best talent to serve our customers, while remaining thoughtful about our H-1B hiring approach."
Walmart had more than 2,000 H-1B visas approved in the first half of 2025.
