Wall Street Journal sued by former reporter

The Wall Street Journal has been sued by a former reporter at the publication.

Stephanie Armour, who exited The Wall Street Journal in the spring, alleges in the lawsuit that the newspaper has sought to remove employees who incur significant health care costs by invoking “trumped up performance issues.”

A Wall Street Journal spokesperson said "the complaint is filled with baseless allegations, and the legal claims are entirely without merit."
