The planned store is Walgreen’s first in Marshfield. The developer/landlord for the Marshfield site is Tulsa, Okla.-based Pinnacle Commercial Group LLC.
Hively said the building’s size is typical of the chain’s locations, and it will include a pharmacy drive-through.
Publicly traded Walgreens (NYSE: WAG) has 170 stores in Missouri, and a total of 6,237 stores in every state and in Puerto Rico. The company’s stock traded this morning at $35.43 per share compared to a 52-week range of $32.50 to $49.10.
