Wal-Mart to invest $269M in Canada

Arkansas-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc. expects to invest $269.16 million in the United States' northern neighbor this fiscal year.

The budget for Canada, however, is less than last year, according to Reuters.

Wal-Mart's budgetary news for the country comes less than a month after rival Target said it would exit Canada.
