Waffle House cited the coronavirus pandemic in closing 365 restaurants.
It's unclear whether the chain will seek to reopen the restaurants after the pandemic ends.
The company earlier this month announced plans to keep its nearly 45,000 employees at work via storefronts with carryout options.
