Waffle House Chairman Joseph Rogers Jr. reached a settlement with his former housekeeper.
Rogers alleged his ex-housekeeper, Mye Brindle, attempted to extort him by recording evidence of their affair.
Brindle alleged she recorded the sexual acts as proof of assault by Rogers.
The settlement terms were not disclosed.
