Volkswagen investors file $3.6B lawsuit

Nearly 300 Volkswagen investors have filed suit against the German company over alleged breaches of its capital markets duty in is emissions scandal.

The suit calls for damages of $3.6 billion.

A spokesman for VW said the carmaker could not comment because it had not been sent the suit.
