Vladimir Putin is still using the obsolete Microsoft Windows XP operating system on computers at the Kremlin and his official Novo-Ogaryovo residence near Moscow.
Released in 2001, XP was the last Microsoft operating system that was given the green light for official use by Russian government computers. Microsoft stopped supporting it in 2014.
The computers running XP were shown in images released by Putin's press service.
