VF Corp. announced today plans to purchase family-owned workwear company Williamson-Dickie for $820 million.
Through the deal, Williamson-Dickie's brands Dickies and Kodiak would join with VF Corp.'s Wrangler, Timberland and The North Face.
Together, the companies would have $1.7 billion in annual revenue.
