Verizon is reportedly seeking to poach AT&T employees following the latter company's full-time return-to-office mandate that started in January.
"Following the news of changing RTO policies across the industry, we're reaching out to share helpful resources and potential hybrid/remote job opportunities across Verizon," an email to AT&T employees from Verizon reads, according to Business Insider. "If you have been personally affected by organizational policy changes or know anyone who has, we're looking to add top talent to the V Team."
AT&T officials told Business Insider that workers "always have a choice to pick the type of company and work environment they wish to be part of." Its return-to-office mandate is intended to create "strong relationships and collaboration fostered by in-office constructs," the officials said.
