Venezuela raises minimum wage again

Venezuela's president yesterday hiked the country's minimum wage by another 60 percent.

The move by President Nicolas Maduro marks the latest increase to the minimum wage as the country's currency plunges in value.

Costs for food, goods and medicine have skyrocketed in Venezuela, where the unemployment rate is expected to pass 25 percent this year.
