Venezuela pulls highest-value banknote

The Venezuelan government announced it will remove the country's highest-denomination banknote from circulation within 72 hours to combat contraband.

There currently are over 6 billion 100-bolivar notes in circulation, which is roughly half of the country's currency. 

President Nicolas Maduro says the move will stop gangs from hoarding the notes.
