Song of Singapore Book by Allan Katz and Erik Frandsen, Michael Garin, Robert Hipkens & Paula Lockheart; Music and Lyrics by Erik Frandsen, Michael Garin, Robert Hipkens & Paula Lockheart
Directed by Gretchen Teague
Join the inhabitants of an exotic jazz club in Singapore in 1941 for an evening of music and laughs. The club's chanteuse, Rose, has lost her memory, the wise-cracking members of the band are on the look out for missing jewels, and the Japanese are about to attack. In a show that has been described as the Marx Brothers version of "Casablanca," intrigue is on the menu and madcap fun is the special of the day.
Dates:July 30-31, August 5-8, 12-14
