Vice President JD Vance broke a 50-50 tie in favor of President Donald Trump's bill in the U.S. Senate on Tuesday.
The bill heads back to the House, where GOP leaders have vowed to pass it to Trump's desk by his July 4 deadline.
The 887-page “One Big Beautiful Bill Act,” which was reportedly stripped of that name during legislative proceedings, includes tax breaks and spending cuts.
