Van plows into crowd near London mosque

One person died when a van slammed into worshipers near a mosque in London early Monday.

Ten others were injured in what witnesses described as a deliberate attack.

British Prime Minister Theresa May said police are investigating the attack as a terrorist incident.

Police arrested a 48-year-old man suspected of driving the van.
