U.S. Steel to invest $1.2B in Pennsylvania

U.S. Steel Corp. signaled plans to invest $1.2 billion in Pennsylvania.

The company plans to upgrade its steelmaking operations in plants near Pittsburgh.

Plans include two new plants.
