The Commerce Department reported an increase in U.S. retail sales during February.
The increase was 0.2%, compared with a decrease of 1.2% in January.
Sales were up at grocery stores, home and garden stores, and online retailers, while they were down at auto dealers, restaurants and electronics stores.
