The U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a report on attempts by Iran and Russia to influence the presidential election last year.
Iran attempted to undermine former President Donald Trump's reelection prospects, while Russia participated in efforts to smear eventual winner Joe Biden, according to the report.
The office found no evidence that the election tampering attempts influenced votes or otherwise disrupted the voting process.
