The U.S. headquarters of a German medical device company is exiting the St. Louis area.
Ulrich Medical USA Inc. plans to relocate early next year to the Dallas/Fort Worth suburb.
"We believe it's in the best strategic interest of the company to make this move, which supports Ulrich Medical USA's strategy for profitable growth as we help our customers and distributors achieve new heights and beyond," said Hans Stover, Ulrich Medical USA's president and CEO.
