U.S. gross domestic product rose at a seasonally and inflation-adjusted annual rate of 0.7% in the fourth quarter, according to a Commerce Department revision released on Friday.
The previous estimate was 1.4%.
Analysts expected a 1.5% increase for the GDP in the fourth quarter.
