The U.S. Justice Department filed criminal charges against Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei and Meng Wanzhou, its chief financial officer.
The charges include bank fraud, obstruction of justice and technology theft.
Meng, who last month waas arrested in Canada at the request of the U.S., and Huawei deny the allegations.
