The United States federal government has stepped up its tariff threats on China.
President Donald Trump said new 10 percent tariffs would be slapped on China if the country "refuses to change its practices."
Trump threatened tariffs on an additional $200 billion worth of Chinese goods. China responded by accusing the United States of "blackmail."
