US election causing stress levels to skyrocket

Whether you're a Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton supporter, your stress level may be on the rise.

According to an American Psychological Association survey, 52 percent of adult respondents said this year's presidential election is a big source of stress.

Social media is one of the biggest stress triggers. Nearly four in 10 adults who participated in the survey indicated political and cultural discussions on social media are contributing to a rise in stress levels.
