US East Coast put on blizzard watch

Residents from New York City to Boston could be faced with blizzard conditions as early as tonight, forecasters say.

From Monday to early Wednesday, forecasters project 12 to 18 inches of snow.

The so-called Nor'easter storm caused New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to activate the state Emergency Operations Center in preparation.
