The United States and China are close to reaching a trade deal, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters on Sunday.
The two countries are discussing a plan to roll back at least $200 billion worth of U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods.
China, meanwhile, would eliminate retaliatory tariffs on U.S. goods, among other measures.
