U.S. Bank sold two buildings in downtown St. Louis.
A venture between MAP and Crescent Investment Group, a privately held commercial real estate company, purchased a 36-story, 658,000-square-foot office building and an adjacent property that housed a U.S. Bank branch.
The U.S. Bank Plaza building had a 2020 appraised value of $33 million.
