Minneapolis-based U.S. Bank (NYSE: USB) is facing an investigation from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
The CFPB is looking into the company's consumer sales practices, according to a quarterly filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
U.S. Bank officials said the company is cooperating with the investigation. CFPB officials declined to comment.
