Convoy of Hope is the newest member of regionalism organization Leaders for Ozarks Region Evolvement.
LORE now has 21 members, said Executive Director Allison Cash. Convoy of Hope is contributing $10,000 to LORE as part of its membership, she said.
"While our work takes us to communities across the globe, Springfield and the Ozarks will always be home," said Ethan Forhetz, vice president of public engagement for Convoy of Hope, in a news release. "We believe strong communities are built through partnership, and we're excited to join other regional leaders who are investing in the future of this region."
Cash said in the release that LORE is looking forward to working with Convoy of Hope.
"Convoy of Hope represents the very best of what the Ozarks contribute to the world," she said in the release. "Their commitment to serving others, building partnerships and creating lasting impact reflects the kind of leadership that strengthens our region."
