Univision sues Charter Communications

Univision Communications Inc. is suing Charter Communications Inc. for breach of contract.

Univision is accusing the second-largest U.S. cable company of paying below-market rates for its Hispanic channels.

“We have a long-term contract with Univision, and we expect them to honor it,” a Charter spokesman said.
