Spanish-language broadcaster Univision is selling a majority stake to a group of investors.
The buyers include private equity firm Searchlight Capital and Wade Davis, Viacom's former finance chief.
After the deal closes later this year, Davis would become Univision's CEO.
The deal reportedly values Univision at less than $10 billion.
