Univision buying Gawker Media for $135M

Univision agreed to pay $135 million for bankrupt blog network Gawker Media.

The TV network and digital publisher's auction win gives it access to all of Gawker Media’s sites, including Gawker.com. The only other bidder was Ziff Davis.

Gawker filed for bankruptcy after Hulk Hogan and Peter Thiel won a $140 million judgment in a privacy case.
